How long can I keep the cheesecake?
Our cheesecakes are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase. If refrigerated, they can be kept for up to 2–3 days. For the best taste and texture, consume within three days.
How should I store your cheesecakes?
To preserve its delicate texture and flavour, keep your cheesecake refrigerated at 2–8°C. At room temperature, please limit to 90 minutes (Olivia’s Signature, Basque Burnt and Flavor Cheesecakes) or 60 minutes (Cheesecake Boards).
How should I serve the cheesecake?
For the perfect, indulgent bite, remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. This allows it to slightly soften and enhances its flavor and texture.
Dietary Restrictions
Are the cheesecakes Halal?
While we are not Halal-certified, our recipes contain no pork, lard, or alcohol. For recipes that include gelatine, we use a Halal-certified variant.
Are the cheesecakes gluten-free?
Yes, we have gluten-free options available, including:
Cheesecake Board Solos: Gruyere, Brie, Stilton, Ricotta
Basque Burnt: Classic & Idiazabal
Flavor: Chocolate Coulant
Please note that as we also handle flour in our kitchen, there may be a risk of cross-contamination. While these cakes are suitable for those avoiding gluten in their diet, we do not recommend them for individuals with severe gluten allergies or celiac disease.
Are the cheesecakes safe for pregnant women and kids?
Yes. All ingredients are pasteurized, and our cheesecakes are fully baked with nothing raw — safe for everyone to enjoy.

Do you take reservations?
We operate exclusively on a walk-in basis only. No reservations required.
Can I pre-order cheesecakes?
Yes, pre-orders can be made here. For same-day or rush orders, we’re also available on Grab, Deliveroo and FoodPanda.
Do you offer free delivery?
Currently, we do not offer free delivery through our web store. Each cake is delivered with care to preserve its freshness and delicate texture.
